Crack filling, then one full-strength coat

Cracks are filled first and small broken spots patched, both inside the price. Then one full-strength coat of sealer, edges cut in by hand.

On commercial lots the existing layout is restriped in the same per square foot price, and the job is phased around your opening hours.

Measured first, one number

Send the address. We measure the asphalt and read what condition it is in, then you get one number back that already includes the crack work.

No charge for the quote, no visit you have to be home for, and nobody knocking afterwards.

The jobs we will tell you not to do

• A driveway that does not need it yet. Still black, water still beading, sealed in the last year or so.
• New asphalt. It has to cure first, commonly six to twelve months.
• Anything structural. Alligator cracking, potholes, and the soft patch at the bottom of a sloped drive. That is repair work, not sealing.
• April bookings. Akron still averages snow in April. We will measure it in April and seal it in May.
• Concrete. Different product, different job. We do asphalt.
